Our Skunk Deluxe feminised seeds are a version of the ultimate classic strain Super Skunk. Working with a premium highly sought Skunk #1 parent line and breeding in just enough extra Afghani genetics to increase yield and trichome production. This Hybrid hangs on strongly to her original Skunk #1 heritage and produces huge frosty Skunky colas.
Long before Cheese hit the UK (which actually comes from pure Skunk lines) Skunk #1 and then later Super Skunk was everywhere and dominated the early UK home growing scene. Incredibly easy to grow and perfect for beginners, Skunk Deluxe has THC levels well above 22%
Despite the strains Old School lineage Skunk Deluxe is still a popular choice today with commercial growers looking for impressive yields and large dense buds.
This plant does well both indoors and outside. Outside during the warmer growing season outdoor plants can get very large and produce very impressive yields. Indoor yields are are just as impressive with big fat colas dripping with resin.
Like all versions of Super Skunk it goes without saying that things can get a little stinky towards the end of flower. Skunk Deluxe has those classic Skunky flavours, sweet and pungent, with subtle musky, hashy undertones from her slight Afghani influences.
This photoperiod strain once induced into the flowering stage takes around 8 weeks until harvest. If plants are given a long veg period they can become quite tall and some low stress training may be required and she’s very happy trained in a scrog and with other low stress techniques.
Outdoors if plants are started early in the season they can get impressively large during flower so caution is advised if stealth is key. Good rot and pest resistance outdoors too although outdoor growers in cooler climates may prefer to our Skunk Deluxe Auto available here
Although leaning more to the Indica side in dominance there’s enough Sativa present to enable decent stretch during early flower, bulking up in late flower to form solid frosty colas.
