Topical CBD Muscle balm is most commonly used to help manage muscle aches and pains. You may find that CBD muscle balm is mixed with other natural ingredients such as peppermint oil, eucalyptus oil, or camphor oil which can enhance the soothing effects of the balm.
It is applied directly onto the skin and can be used both before and after exercise. Unlike CBD oil, the CBD in a Muscle Balm will be absorbed by the skin rather than entering the bloodstream.
